Ordering
• How do I order from Anne of Loudounville?
Either on this website,
by phoning us on 01436 671575, by emailing info@anneofloudounville.com or
by dropping in to see us at Anne of Loudounville, 42 West Princes Street,
Helensburgh G84 8TD.
• How will I know that you've received my order?
You will receive an
order confirmation email from us. Please note that if you have ordered by
phone and haven't provided an email address you won't receive an email.
• I need help choosing a gift. Can you help?
Yes, we would be delighted
to. Please call 01436 671575 or email info@anneofloudounville.com and tell
us broadly what you are looking for and the price range and we will suggest
appropriate gifts. There is no extra charge for this. If for any reason
the recipient of your gift does not like it, then it can be exchanged or
returned.
• How do I cancel an order?
We aim to get your products to you as quickly
as possible and therefore if the item has already been dispatched cancelling
an order may not be possible. However, in the first instance you should
telephone us on 01436 671575 to see whether your order has been dispatched.
• Can I visit you to view items in person?
Yes, you are very welcome
to do this. Our beautiful store is located at 42 West Princes Street, Helensburgh
G84 8TD. Please call ahead to advise of the specific pieces you are interested
in to ensure we have them available in time for you arriving.
Delivery
• What are your delivery arrangements?
Please see Delivery & Returns.
• What if I need my order the next day?
In this instance please call
us on 01436 671575 by midday and we will organise Special Delivery by 1pm
the next working day. Please note that an extra charge will apply for this.
• What happens if I'm not there to sign for my goods?
A signature will be required as proof of delivery, so if you're not
in a card will be left for you to either re-arrange delivery, or
you will be able to pick up your purchases from a local depot.
Security & Payment
• Is it safe to buy online at Anne of Loudounville?
Yes, it is. We realise that some customers are concerned about buying
on-line, so we use advanced software available to encrypt your credit/debit
card details. The details you enter are coded, making it unreadable
to anyone but ourselves.
• What methods of payment are available?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard
and Switch. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
Alternatively, if you order by telephone or in store you can also
pay by cheque - cheques are payable to Anne of Loudounville Ltd. Please
note that your cheque will need to clear before we are able to dispatch
your goods.
Privacy
• What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your
details and do not share customer information with any other parties for
marketing purposes. Personal information will only be held for as long as
it is needed for the purpose it was collected. We give you the option of
accepting or declining an offer to receive our enewsletter and you can unsubscribe
at any time by using the email address at the bottom of the enewsletter.

• What if I want to return my goods?

Gift Vouchers
• Can I purchase and redeem gift vouchers online?
Yes, we sell gift vouchers online that can be sent directly to you. Each
gift voucher has a number and pin code which can be redeemed against any
purchase on the web site. When you checkout you will be given the chance
to enter a Coupon Code in order to redeem your voucher.
